This cat has reached full enlightenment. No need to chase the dot anymore, those days are clearly over. Just sitting there, completely still, not reacting to anything. The dot could be right there and it wouldn’t matter. No sudden movements, no jumping, just calm. It’s like they’ve moved past it entirely and decided it’s not worth the energy.

The best yoga pose is savasana, and this cat clearly knows it. Just lying on their back, completely stretched out, doing absolutely nothing and fully committed to it. No effort, no movement, just ready to drift off at any second. It’s less about the yoga and more about the nap and that feels like the right approach.

When things get hard, just take a nap. That’s the mantra right there. No need to overthink it or push through everything. Sometimes the best move is to stop, lie down, and reset for a bit. The cat clearly has this figured out, just stepping away and resting like it’s part of the plan. Not a bad way to handle things.
